Why Simplicity Gets So Complicated ?

If you know Mr. A P J Abdul Kalam our ex -President one thing for sure will come to your mind would be .....He was such a Simple man and a man of high stature and values. In reality, simple is far from easy. Getting to or arriving at a simple solution is difficult and time consuming. The Core Concept of SIMPLICITY is nothing but once you get your ideas distilled and filtered........ the segregated aspect will be the Simplicity.

Speaking simply in a common language like a commoner will always draw major impact and far reaching consequences. As Einstein has once said, " as simple as possible, and no simpler. " In Army the mostly used phrase of Short, Simple and Sweet is still practiced voraciously. As i often tell my team members and friends that we have to think, write and share simply instead of thinking, writing and sharing stories. One has to be crisp, short and sweet.

• Here are a few of the reasons why focusing on making things simple can actually be really hard :

1. Simplifying requires Focus.

2. Saying less can take more time.

3. We fear that while simplifying we may oversimplify.

Simple ideas are highly shareable from one person to another and well received from our customers to our employees and vice versa. Natural language means not only speaking like a real person in every real life interaction as well as any written communications off line or on line.
