Simplicity Brings Transformative Power

Strategic alliances are overwhelmingly complex. They cry out for simplicity.

And, humanity suffers from two pervasive addictions; therefore, they are present in every strategic alliance:

  1. Overwhelming Complexity.
  2. Dysfunctional Drama.

The 2-Slide Methodology(TM) neutralizes both. It does this by capturing the essence of any strategic alliance, in just two slides - no matter the size or type.
