A simple way to process the feedback you receive

Last month, we teamed up with The Ladders to share our framework for helping people digest professional feedback in a way that helps you grow.
We use this model with Fellows in our MovingWorlds Institute who are working to grow their careers in world-positive ways.
You can see the full article on The Ladders here, which shares how to take feedback through these simple 3 steps:
Step #1: Think Back
With the help of a trusted peer, walk yourself through the event that resulted in someone sharing feedback with you.
Step #2: Think Through
Ideate better ways you could have dealt with the situation, and then decide on what would have been the best approach.
Step #3: Think Forward
Imagine yourself in a similar situation, and talk through how you will use the ideas from Step #2 to perform better next time.
Then repeat.
Growth takes time, but we hope this simple framework will make it a little easier. Have suggestions of your own? Let me know in the comments below!
