At the same time, there is a subtle shift in words that puts the focus on the "team" of you as their recruiter and them as your hiring manager. When you just use “we”, many hiring managers think that means "you" are the totally responsible party.?
This simple change in language starts to bring them in as your partner in searches, not the customer who just waits for you to make things to happen.?
Important: If you want the benefits above, you really have to do this live. Zoom, face-to-face meeting or at least phone. Why? Because the good stuff is in the conversation, not a quick written answer by your HM/Stakeholder.?

·??????? Then ask a question to see if they agree, see it differently, etc.

·??????? “Would you be opposed to trying that on our next search?”
