Simple Truth #1

I have longed written from time to time on Simple truths that we all needed to be reminded of, from time to time. There are many truths that we all need to honor, but there is one I believe is being lost in today's society.

Simple Truth - Being Polite

I was raised that being polite was role of everyone. It shows respect to those of any age, sex or race. When I was young my Family made sure that I always said Thank you, Please, No Thank you , Yes Sir or Ma'am, No Ma'am or Sir. My Father's favorite saying "does it break your Jaw to say Sir" I remember his voice saying that like it was yesterday. He has been gone for more than 25 years now and remember that the most.

Being Polite does not recognize, political parties, race, sex or age. It recognizes that we are all humans and as such there is natural level of respect and honor that should be given.

Being Polite cost you nothing, not being Polite will cost you respect, and honor from those who see it.

I am the Father of four daughters and they are all extremely beautiful but the biggest compliment we get from other people (even when they were much younger ) is that they are so polite and courteous.

Remember it cost you nothing to be NICE, POLITE and COURTEOUS.
