SIMPLE THINGS RENDER SUPER RESULTS
My company makes every effort to provide insights to owners and managers, and other stake holders, to help them improve market share, and productivity. Without exception, the single most insightful, and best application, we have discovered is to focus on the most basic interaction skill sets. We have learned that sadly, most people have lost much of, if not all of, the skill sets known as customer service...or as I like to share, leaving people feeling better, than the way they felt, when you first got there. "Thank you for your business", "We appreciate you selecting us for your needs" ...etc...etc... It is amazing how, when someone is not hearing "no problem" and instead has someone look at them in their eyes and thank them and mean it...what a profound difference it makes....We are living in a fast paced, high tech world that makes most of us feel like a number...we show folks the amazing compound profitability associated with really, just returning to what used to be. Wow, what a concept huh? Try it for awhile..it is amazing and you know what, as more and more of us experience this personal, high touch, and not high tech approach....maybe even a letter instead of a email or text to a client to let them know just how important they are...truly wonderful things occur...it will because our humanity enters the equation....to some of you reading this...keep an eye out in your mail for that wax seal letter I am sending your way..you are really important to me and I want you to sit down with a cookie and a glass of milk, and smile at the words you read, and the love you feel...Daniel
