Simple Task?
If there is anything that cooking teaches you is that the scope of failure occurs with the simple dishes. The humble Rasam, Dal, and the curries always go wrong. Apply this to our work and it is clear that the easy tasks are always the one that we mess up and don't even realize it.
So, why do we mess up the simple tasks?
Whatever might be the reason, it is clear that we need to master the simpler tasks. As Bruce Lee once famously said: "?I?fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10,000 times."
Simple practice leads to greater skill building.
