Simple Steps

A big part of what my team at PA do is designing simple guidance/resources for people doing things for the first time. It made me wonder what a 'one-pager' might look like for someone new to L&D, if they wanted to skip some common pitfalls. Here's a first attempt:

Thanks Nick, Its simple really - keeping things short, live and updated by having an ear constantly with the audience helps. It seems that many are over complicating things as its their expectation to invest huge amounts of time when that isnt necessarily the need or case.

Great cheat sheet.. especially the last point. One question - you didn't talk about measurement of learning, a.k.a. assessments. What's your take there?
