In just 2 weeks a new client has said his nutrition has never been better.

Here’s what we did

We chose 2-3 high-protein breakfasts that he enjoys.

  1. Greek Yogurt & fruit
  2. Porridge with peanut butter
  3. Scrambled eggs on toast

We chose 3-4 high protein balanced meals for lunch/dinner that he enjoys and has enough time to cook

  1. Beef stir fry
  2. Pasta with chicken and veggies
  3. Seasoned boiled potatoes with salmon and veggies
  4. Chicken wraps with salad

We used those meals as his shopping list.

Every week he now purchases the ingredients for those meals.

Meals he enjoys.

Meals that he can make in 5-20 mins

Meals that will help him lose fat & build muscle.
