Simple questions for anyone with BYOD experience

As part of my final year university project I am researching BYOD and would be grateful to anyone can respond to the following two simple initial research questions. (I can provide a link to a more detailed survey if you would be kind enough to help out. Please indicate so in Q4. Thank you.)

1. In one word, what is the first thing that comes to mind when someone says: “BYOD Productivity”?
2. In one word again, what is the first thing that comes to mind when someone says: “BYOD Security”
3. *Do you run or own an SME in the UK?
4. *Lastly would you be willing to answer a slightly more detailed questionnaire on BYOD to help my academic research?
