A thought on delegation from Lauren Marie

We are on a mission to revitalize the workplace. Will you join us?
Happy Wednesday!
If you are new here, welcome! This email is typically full of tips and ideas to help managers grow. Today I wanted to take a break from the usual newsletter format to share what I (Lauren Marie) have noticed with clients this week.??
This week with clients, I was reminded that sometimes, the things we struggle with the most are the least complicated. In our coaching sessions, we often focus on working through complex problems, but it's important to remember that sometimes, the solutions to our challenges are simple.
The difference between simple and hard is not always clear-cut. Just because something is simple doesn't mean it's easy, and vice versa. What makes a task difficult is often our own perception and approach to it.
I encourage you to take a step back and evaluate your challenges. Ask yourself, "Is this a complicated problem, or am I just approaching it in a complicated way?" You may find that by simplifying your approach, you can make progress and find solutions more easily.
Remember, the key to success is often not just about finding the right answer but about finding the right approach. So, don't be afraid to simplify your approach and take things one step at a time.
I hope this reminder helps you as you continue on your journey toward your goals. If there's anything I can do to support you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
