After an extensive search, I’m thrilled we found the right person to lead Global Payments Inc.'s Merchant Solutions business – and it’s a bonus that he already knows our company well. Congratulations to my friend and colleague Terry Roberts as he takes on this role. As the leader of our vertical markets businesses, Terry succeeded in advancing our software and payments technology while championing our strategic transformation. He is a highly-regarded leader who is dedicated to enriching our company culture and promoting inclusion across the organization. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Terry in his new role as we continue to harmonize our merchant business around the world. Please join me in congratulating Terry!

For our final quarterly #TeamAppreciationDay, Global Payments Inc. team members around the world were invited to engage in activities designed to recognize and celebrate their outstanding commitment and service to our company throughout 2024. I gathered with other team members in Georgia at Mercedes-Benz Stadium where a lounge was transformed into a wintery lodge and we enjoyed games, snacks and camaraderie. Many locations chose to embrace the winter theme and gather for early holiday celebrations. I hope team members enjoyed the festivities, and I want to express my appreciation for everything you do to help drive our company’s success.

Twice a year at Global Payments Inc., we hold #DayofService activities across the organization that give team members an opportunity to participate in meaningful community service projects during the work week. This is just one way we breathe life into our company value, “Care.”? I enjoyed spending time with my colleagues and members of the United Way of Greater Atlanta as we assembled financial literacy kits for school-age children. Around the world, team members participated in a wide variety of service projects, including preparing and packaging meals for families experiencing food insecurity, organizing donation drives, cleaning up outdoor spaces, maintenance work for charitable organizations, and community gardening projects. I am proud to be part of this exceptional team of people who understand the importance of giving back. Thank you, team members! #GivingBack
