Simple Health and Fitness Habits for Healing from Autoimmune and Other Health Challenges

Simple health and fitness habits can make a big difference when it comes to healing from autoimmune and other health challenges.

I have a new podcast out on Reversing Hashimotos. If you have thyroid challenges or know anyone else who does, this is important to share with them.

Regardless- making sure to create and stick with simple healthy daily health and fitness habits is important.

What daily habits and routines do you have as a part of your life? If you are needing some help, then here are 25 daily habits and routines to embrace for a healthier life.

  1. Meditation– I like to do this at least once a day. Either first thing in the morning or right before bed.
  2. Exercise- I find I feel a lot better when I do at least 20 minutes of exercise within the first hour of waking up in the morning.
  3. Essential Oils- Ever since I started using essential oils in 2010, I feel a lot healthier and get sick a lot less.
  4. Collagen- taking a collagen supplement has really helped my knees, back and other joints and muscles.
  5. Using my infrared sauna. This has helped my inflammation and autoimmune challenges and I get sick a lot less.Check out the other 20 on my blog here.
