Hello Paula. It doesn't sound like Copyright Termination law would apply in your situation since it is only 2 years. Think of it as the 35 year rule.

Jeffrey, what if it's only a 2 year Copyright with a reversion Clause stating it reverts back to the original owner unless placed? What are your thoughts on that?
