A simple 3 step process to advertise Dynamics 365 jobs better than 99% of companies.

Providing D365 customers and partners a competitive advantage rather than a candidate.
This is a very basic concept for recruitment teams, HR teams, hiring managers and even C-level executives to position D365 jobs more effectively and at least target the correct candidates giving the absolute minimum level of required information.
Follow the below steps:
Step 1 - The product
1) Is the role an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) role or a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) role?
2) If ERP - is the role D365 Business Central (BC) or D365 Finance & Operations (F&O/FSCM)?
3) If CRM - the role is D365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Only proceed to step 2 once you have 1 single D365 product that the role relates to
Step 2 - The role
1) Is the role a technical or functional role? A combination of both is not acceptable.
2) If technical - does the role require someone to design the technical landscape (Technical Architect), build or build on the technical landscape (Developer) or manage an already built technical landscape (Technical Application Manager)?
3) If functional - does the role require someone to lead a project (Project Manager), design a solution for a complex business issue (Solution Architect) or understand business requirements and transform them into business processes (Consultant)?
I like to use the analogy of building a house in this instance.
The technical staff operate more on the 'builder' side. The architect will ensure steady footing for the house to be built and create a technical framework to operate in. The builders, bricklayers, labourers would then construct the build.
The functional staff would ensure that the house is fully operational and then customized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Think interior designers, decorators etc.
There is still constant communication between both sides and both are interdependent on one another.

Step 3 - The roadmap
1) What type of project are we operating? This could be an implementation project, an upgrade project, an integration project, a customization project etc.
2) What stage of that project are we in? Thinking along the lines of pre, current and post is a good starting point. Increase tangibility by adding detail on countries, entities etc.
The more detail here the better!!!
Outcome
Just by following these very simple steps you now have a much more concise description of what and who you are looking for.
Example:
We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Step 1) Project Manager (Step 2) to lead a multi-national implementation of D365 FO.
This is a brand new implementation of D365 FO for the XYZ Group which is made up of 3 company entities across 8 countries (Step 3).
Give this a like or a share if you know a company that could benefit from a very simple and actionable plan to aid their hiring in the D365 world.
