Simoperla jewels are handmade according to artistic techniques related to the combination of colors and shapes that are inspired by the artist's creativity.

My powerful creativity is a gift of birth. I express myself by creating objects with my hands and in this case jewelry because I transmute in the material field what comes to my mind in the form of sensation. After a serious illness my creativity has increased dramatically and allows me to create unique and rare jewels that have never been seen on the market today through a harmonious design that follows lines of beauty and diversity of colors spontaneously as if my hands were a only thing with my deepest soul.

Each jewel is a unique and exclusive model that can be produced in many other pieces that are part of limited collections with a single motif or meaning.

My high-end costume jewelery works are real sculptures with boundless artistic value.

My main styles are: geometric, floral, abstract and between vintage and modern patterns but they are often also mixed with each other with geometric and floral parts together. Everything is inspired by a creative impulse of the moment.

Sometimes I see the model in my mind and in building it it happens that in the final result I can understand the style that can change at the end of its realization that can change through small details.

My hands create and in that moment I come into contact with the still shapeless jewel, I become the creation itself.

Realization of the jewel

?The techniques for making each jewel are not the same as those used by a jeweler or who builds jewelry with the same conventional tools, but much of the work is done by the artist by hand with the use of hypoallergenic enamels tested for the skin to color each piece. and strong glues to fix pearls, rhinestones, synthetic diamonds, beads and gold leaf use at 22 Kt.

The rhinestones or synthetic diamonds are not placed in settings but applied directly to the jewel with very resistant glues.

Materials

Simoperla jewels are handmade with mixed materials from metal, resins or gold plated metal. Finally, they are colored with metallic enamels, gold, lacquered white, glossy black or other colors chosen to enhance their beauty and finally finished with different types of decorations. All the work is done by hand without many conventional tools such as those of conventional jewelry manufacturers.

Simoperla jewels are ANALLERGIC, RESISTANT AND LIGHT, do not feel and can be worn for hours without feeling any discomfort.
