The problem with Leadership Education today is CEOs and business owners are not taught the difference between symptoms and causes.?

The result? Exorbitant amounts of time and money are wasted "fixing" the wrong things.

Great conversation, David! Thank you both for sharing. And since you're sharing, can I ask some more? Ehehehe! Regarding the last example you mentioned briefly, the city/town you rebranded some time ago, and considering that I'm currently niching into small to medium Portuguese municipalities, is there some public information, case study, some articles you might have written, regarding that specific case? The bottle of water is a really nice touch, and in Portugal it would be a lot less than those 45 cents... Thank you!
