Silvus Technologies International Team Retreat

The Silvus Technologies International sales team got together for two weeks of intense learning, planning, strategizing, team building and bonding. Over 150 years of military signals and communications experience including a US Navy aviation officer, (3) UK MOD Signals specialists, a Royal Jordanian Air Force officer and a US Marine Corps Telecommunication Specialist.

We started with a week of collaborative discussions, reviewing the successes we saw in FY23, and charting the course for the amazing year ahead. We will be on the road, helping partners and end users solve their toughest communication challenges.

The next stop was maritime testing and experimentation, looking at the impact of different antennas and orientations, and non-line-of-sight performance, controlling our new rugged PTZ camera kit.

It was great to have Gaz Watkins back in the saddle and working with his old colleague and friend Steven Robinson. Sunshine, mountains, water and StreamCasters bring out the smiles!

We were able to mix in some relaxation and spirited competition during our time together.

No fish were harmed, or even scared during the fishing tournament. Tree branches and rocks were the catch of the day!

Next tour stop was at Silvus HQ in Los Angeles, for several days of intense training presented by the Silvus Support Team, for partners from Strategos Consulting, WeShield, Al Seer Marine, several of our key partners in Ukraine, and the Silvus international sales team.

Celebrating with friends old and new!

What a powerful experience! Adding solid new team members, seeing the expansion of our production facilities, touring the new offices and training center, spending time with some of our partners, having everyone on the team in the same place at the same time! Thanks to all that participated and to our leadership for supporting this event! Already looking forward to next year!
