The Silverhorn Journey in Singapore

Today, we invite you to join us in celebrating a significant Silverhorn milestone. While the Silverhorn headquarters in Hong Kong has been open since 2010, the concept of opening a Singapore branch was first discussed in 2017.

In December 2019, CEO Mike Imam signed the engagement letter with our consultants to start the process to incorporate Silverhorn Investment Advisors in Singapore. Thanks to a tremendous amount of effort from everyone involved, we were on our way to becoming licensed in early 2020 — yet, little did we know what was just around the corner.

In March, we faced the difficult decision on whether to put the Singapore project on hold or push ahead despite the uncertainty of COVID-19. With the country headed into certain lockdown, we started to doubt whether now was the right time.

In typical Silverhorn spirit, we determinedly pushed ahead and, on this day, the 29th of July, we celebrate our 1-year anniversary for the Singapore office. All of our hard work came to fruition when MAS granted Silverhorn Investment Advisors (Singapore) Pte Ltd its full CMS license and we officially opened for business.
