Silver Rules for Life & Workplace

1. Do not hide growth opportunities from your colleagues. Everyone has their own share in the #Rizq alloted by Almighty. No one can ever take it from you. All you have to do is to make an #Effort. Just remember, making an effort does not mean leg-pulling of others to reach to top.

2. Be kind in your words and actions. Always put yourself in others shoes and be empathetic whenever you interact with others. Don't treat others the way you don't want to be treated

3. Always guide others for good. Communicate at workplace and avoid un-necessary talks

4. At workplace, there are no friends, only colleagues. Keep a professional distance with all and stay happy. Colleagues are always competitive. Do your duty that is best, leave unto God the rest.

5. Ignore the ill talks of toxic people around you and keep your focus on your goals. Start your each day with a reminder of your core objectives. Have visual reminders at your home or workplace.

6. This one is my favourite! Be truthful & be daring. Dare to say the truth. Dare to do what you think is right. Take initiative to resolve issues and find solutions to problems and dont just talk about them. Be a verb, not a noun!
