Red Leaf Searles, LLC is very thankful to all who worked tirelessly to get started. Silver Comet Village will have 161,000 SF in two buildings. Services include licensed Memory Care and Assisted Living in one building (90 units, 103 beds) and 64 units of Memory Care in the second building. The property is along the Silver Comet Trail, one of the most famous urban paths in the United States. Silver Comet Trail is a continuous 94-mile trail from the west edge of Atlanta to Anniston, Alabama. Plans are in discussion to connect to the Atlanta BeltLine.

Thanks to all the superlative architects, engineers, surveyors, title examiners and consultants who helped Silver Comet Village get to this point. Exciting months ahead to the day the community can serve Cobb, Paulding, Douglas and Fulton County seniors
