Silicone O-rings are characterized by excellent resistance to temperature extremes and thermal cycling. Silicone O-rings have excellent heat, ozone and corona resistance and have good dielectric stability and resistance to many oils, chemicals and solvents.

Silicone rubber compound does not impart odor or taste, which makes them suitable for use in food and beverage production lines, as well as medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.?silicone O-rings show outstanding flex and fatigue life, strong ozone and UV radiation resistance, and physiologically neutral and insulating properties. Silicone O-rings can be synthesized with a wide variety of properties and compositions, allowing for great flexibility in performance.

  • Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures -50°C to + 232°C (-58°F to +450°F). Some special compounds resist even higher temperatures.
