On April 29, 2024, I conducted a simple informal experiment in the office. Test purpose: To test whether the milk and coffee marks on the silicone mat will become moldy in the natural environment.
Test materials: Aitos silicone mat; milk; Nestle ground coffee.
Test environment: Room temperature: 22 degrees Celsius - 29 degrees Celsius. Humidity: 83%
Test end time: May 3, 2024. Test results: No bacteria or fungi were found on the surface of the milk and coffee marks.
This silicone material can be used to produce the following products: bakeware, baking sheet, baking pans, baking trays, cookie sheet, muffin pan, silicone ice cube tray, trivet, oven mitts, silicone cookware and kitchenware etc.
Our silicone material does not contain below harmful substances:
Lead, Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Di-n-hexyl phthalate (DnHP), Di-iso-decyl phthalate (DIDP), Di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP) and Bisphenol-A (BPA).
Food grade silicone is non-toxic and odorless. That means it's free of BPA, latex, lead, and other harmful by-products. Therefore, it is completely safe, and it will not produce harmful substances when it is used as a kitchen tool.
