SILENT NIGHT..........
HOLY NIGHT ..............
ALL IS CALM .......... ALL IS BRIGHT ...........
MERRY CHRISTMAS !!
This Christmas – BECOME INSPIRATIONAL
This whole thing began with a light.
The Evening Sunset today -
And that got me looking for the spark.
But let me back up before I get ahead of myself.
BEING INSPIRED IS THE ONLY CHOICE IN THE WORLD TODAY !!
BECOME INPIRATIONAL - THIS CHRISTMAS !!
The moment you inspire people you give them Divine Energy . That’s when I see it. Almost immediately, people’s faces light up. Smiles break out. Hands gesture intently. Eyes shine.
There’s excitement in their voices.
Inspiration involves three defining elements:
1.Transcendence: We can see beyond our ordinary preoccupations or limitations to discover new or better possibilities.
2.Motivation: We feel energized, or even compelled, to bring an idea into action or carry it forward.
3.Evocation: We are receptive to an influence beyond ourselves that creates the inspiration within us.
Make your Christmas Day - such that people say -
“What a great day today, I was influenced!” But they would love to be able to say, “Today I was inspired.”
I remember reading somewhere I think it was Thrash – “By being an inspirational person, we are not the driver but the catalyst. The person who seeks to inspire others would have to look at their task as not making the person inspired, but rather as providing the context where spontaneous processes get triggered.”
When I’ve asked people to describe someone who inspired them, one of the first comments is that the person was noticeably present. People who inspire us are both physically and mentally available to us. They focus on us. They give us the gift of their time, and just as important, the gift of their attention.
But to be inspirational you don’t have to save lives or win medals. I often draw strength from meeting ordinary people doing extraordinary things: volunteers, carers, community organisers and good neighbours; unsung heroes whose quiet dedication makes them special.
By sitting in front of someone and investing fully, we create an inspirational space. Not so difficult, it seems. While it’s fairly straightforward to be a present communicator, it’s hard to find one. If we can make the commitment, especially in relationships where we want to inspire, we can make an impact by essentially doing nothing but choosing to pay earnest attention.
Our presence is an invitation to inspiration. It’s the lead-in, the door opener, the hook.
BEING PRESENT: A PRETTY AMAZING PRESENT FOR CHRISTMAS
Many of our best insights happen when another person creates the space for us to truly think.
Just provide your presence. Don’t overwhelm them – There is a Difference –
Overwhelm often doesn’t look like someone spinning out of control, but is a grinding pressure in those who appear to be holding everything together.
When we are around people who seem overwhelmed, our primary instinct is to distance ourselves from them. We have a self-protective mechanism in place to prevent any contagion in our own psychic worlds. We disconnect.
When we are around people who seem overwhelmed, our primary instinct is to distance ourselves from them.
Overwhelm limits creativity, agility, and ideation, and overrides empathy.
Just provide your presence –
By presence - We intuit the energetic field of others.
Situational intentions are in-the-moment pauses to consider the emotion we are trying to impart.
We should open the mind of others and not impose ourselves on them. Opening our minds gets harder as we get better at things. Our thinking calcifies with success and experience.
Those who inspire us are right there with us, not judging, not pushing, but trying to understand where we’re coming from.
Inspire Path conversations require us to engage consciously at a deeper level, with presence and open-mindedness.
You should be an, inspiration to those who know you, and your lives should frequently embody a truth expressed by Mother Teresa. She once said: ‘Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love’.
From giving friendship and support to our veterans, the elderly or the bereaved; to championing music and dance; providing animal welfare; or protecting our fields and forests, their selfless devotion and generosity of spirit is an example to us all.
When people face a challenge they sometimes talk about taking a deep breath to find courage or strength. In fact, the word ‘inspire’ literally means ‘to breathe in’. But even with the inspiration of others, it’s understandable that we sometimes think the world’s problems are so big that we can do little to help. On our own, we cannot end wars or wipe out injustice, but the cumulative impact of thousands of small acts of goodness can be bigger than we imagine.
At Christmas, our attention is drawn to the birth of a baby some two thousand years ago. It was the humblest of beginnings, and his parents, Joseph and Mary, did not think they were important.
Jesus Christ lived obscurely for most of his life, and never travelled far. He was maligned and rejected by many, though he had done no wrong. And yet, billions of people now follow his teaching and find in him the guiding light for their lives. I am one of them because Christ’s example helps me see the value of doing small things with great love, whoever does them and whatever they themselves believe.
The message of Christmas reminds us that inspiration is a gift to be given as well as received, and that love begins small but always grows.
I wish you all a very happy Christmas.
As 2018 draws to a close….
Let us make our relationships sustainable and deep with our fellow human beings. Technology has brought us closer and made us to seek an approach that would allow us to keep ourselves open and accessible to everyone, regardless of where we live or what we do.
This is important because it enables us to give a voice to those less heard, challenge the powerful and hold them to account.
Please make an end of year purposeful today for next year - 2019 and beyond.
God Bless My Soul and Your Soul !!
Merry Christmas !!
A POEM
I THOUGHT THE TIME HAS COME
FOR GOD TO BLESS MY SOUL AND YOUR SOUL
So I took the extra time
领英推荐
To let the Whole World know.
Just call out to our God
To let him know you're there.
Making your plans to visit him
With feelings that made you care.
And when he listens to you
Finding out all your fears.
Making sure to bless your Soul
When you show all your tears.
That's the time of your life
Showing your Soul is not gone.
For God is on your side
Giving your Soul a brighter Dawn.
A POEM AGAIN -
IT IS A DAY OF PRAYER TODAY !!
As the Sun starts to shine
And we commit ourselves to Jesus.
All of us should be thankful
And make sure everything is just.
And when you start your day
All say a day of prayer.
And Jesus will give his reply
As he makes all things fairer.
And as the day goes by
Always make sure another prayer's said.
And show Jesus that you care
Anytime that you bow your head.
And as you count your blessings
"A Day of Prayers", the reason why.
All your prayers will be answered
As Jesus gives his final try.
So be inspired and inspire others as Christmas Greetings –
