SILENCE- It Has Much to Say
Silent, the word itself holds a powerful value, and nowadays it has become the peace of mind for every matured people mostly.
I used to be a silent kid during my childhood but this is not that silence or calmness we all are in search of apparently, kids have nothing to do with it. As I grew up and stepped into teenage, I slowly became socialized and started making new networks from school, extended relatives, and surrounding neighbors; so does this breaks my silence. Yes gradually!
Now entering adulthood- in precise the phase of independence we can say. Independence is awesome because you get to make your own decisions and choices. Since I belong to a small city or a township, living and growing in a metro city is all I wanted at that stage of life. Chilling with friends, living alone, indulge in a good corporate, setting my own set of priorities was my foremost goal. I luckily did that and the best part is that I was still unaware of the word silence back then.
As days passed and slowly, I realized with the increasing responsibility along with a chaotic mind, we can’t afford relaxibility and lately understood being quiet in some way helps to get that relaxation. All this noise and stimulation make it difficult to sit quiet and relaxed for which we no more love than freaking out every now and then with friends or colleagues or some strangers who pretends to be friends.
Silence, the inner silence can be more purposeful living. The ability to understand people or situations without even uttering a word has its own magic and once you get addicted to this you will be able to conquer everything in life silently. We as humans are so busy in our life that we often ignore to understand that little tiny ME within us. Make time for yourself every day in some way to connect with nature, meditate, sit on the sea beach, watch the sunrise, swim in the ocean, walk barefoot, I am sure you will experience silent, unconditional, utter bliss and peace from your core.
Do not forget to surround yourself with good people, be picky indeed after all people who genuinely care will make you laugh anyway which will eventually help you to create your own peace of mind!
