The significance of having an ARMY in every country

Having a strong military isn’t just about having the biggest guns and the coolest fighter jets. It isn’t about being able to blow your adversary into smithereens. Having an effective military means your country is equipped with trained soldiers who will be able to guard your nation against foreign invaders, defend its borders against hostile outsiders, and even safeguard it from internal revolts if need be.

Do you remember 1962?

Go through that history you will realize the importance of the Army. Britishers left India due to a noncooperative movement is the biggest myth propagated in Indian history. If you want to live with dignity Military is essential. If the military is not there any small country can take over you in no time. Countries like Japan were able to cripple China just due to a lack of military preparedness. India was indirectly or directly ruled by the Mughals and Britishers just due to our military failures. Any country needs a good military so the attacking country has to weigh the cost and benefit to attack our country.

It would be the same as keeping our house without the lock.

Why do countries have Armies??

?Military forces are necessary for every country because of several factors. First, the knowledge that there are trained people ready to defend the country if it comes under attack gives citizens peace of mind and makes them happier overall; additionally, it can also boost national pride to know that there are people willing and ready to put their lives on the line for their country at any given moment. Moreover, an army can also serve as a deterrent against hostile parties that may be thinking of attacking or raiding another country – this is especially true in cases where one country has less of an army than its potential opponent does.

?? To Defend The Country’s Borders

In every country, its military has the responsibility of guarding its borders against hostile forces that may want to attack. This includes keeping an eye out for trespassers, smugglers, spies, and other unwanted individuals who may try to enter the country illegally from across its borders. Border troops are also responsible for preventing individuals from leaving the country if they are wanted for criminal charges or immigration violations. A country’s military is also responsible for guarding its coastline; for example, ships and boats stationed in bodies of water near a country’s shores are ready to intercept incoming vessels suspected of carrying illegal cargo or attempting to sneak into a country without permission. The navy also keeps watching on ships and oceangoing vessels that might be transporting weapons or other materials that can be used to cause harm.

??? To Protect Its Citizens

All militaries exist to protect the citizens of a certain country. This is especially true for those in countries that are known for having a weak and untrained military. When an army is too weak to protect the people it’s supposed to serve, the citizens of that country often must defend themselves instead. A great deal of a military’s power comes from its ability to defend and protect the people it promises to serve. For example, in countries where a large portion of the population is made up of senior citizens, it’s essential for the military to be able to protect and defend its older citizens as well as able-bodied folks of all ages. This is especially true for seniors who suffer from physical ailments or disabilities that limit their capacity to defend themselves in dangerous situations.

?Now let us assume if also one day in the future all the countries agreed to live peacefully without interfering with any other nation and hence they would not need any military. But what about terrorism? Terrorist outfits are spreading like wildfire to different parts of the world. You can see an event of terror attacks and people getting killed every day. For countering these attacks and ensuring the safety of the citizens of a country they must need a Military.

This is never going to happen that every country would settle in peace. The human mindset would never change neither the political greed would let them. Human lives are not important in front of such greed. If we have to stop that greed from perishing our country we definitely would need to have a military to safeguard the country and its citizens.

? To Protect Its Interests Abroad

Every country is responsible for defending its interests abroad. That is, it must be prepared to fight for its rights and to keep other countries from infringing on its sovereign territory. Because every country has its own set of laws, interests, and ideals that it wants to protect, it must be ready to defend these ideals and laws at any given moment. For example, some countries have laws that forbid the production and sale of certain items, such as drugs and certain types of weapons. It’s the responsibility of each country to ensure that its laws are upheld. A country known for lacking a strong military may find it difficult to defend its interests abroad if other nations decide to attack it. A country with a strong military has a greater chance of repelling invaders and keeping its interests safe from harm.

?? To Teach People How to Fight

The military is responsible for teaching its people how to fight and defend themselves. This is especially true for countries whose military has been built around the idea of universal conscription – that is, the government requires every citizen to enlist and to complete their term of service before they are allowed to leave the army. Because all able-bodied citizens are expected to serve in the military and learn how to fight, it’s essential for the military to train its people well enough to defend themselves and the country from harm. A military that doesn’t teach its people how to defend themselves effectively often ends up creating an army of people who are useless in battle – they’re unable to defend their country and unable to protect themselves effectively when danger arises. Such an army is virtually useless.

?Conclusion

All of these considerations show why every government demands an effective military. A military that is too weak to defend its borders or protect its people is essentially useless. Each government must have a robust and well-trained military to safeguard the safety and security of its citizens.

Even today I had a goosebump by listening to and reading the serval quotes said by our real heroes:

“We live by chance, we love by choice, we kill by profession.” – Rajeev Singh Rajput

“Either I will come back after hoisting the Tricolor, or I will come back wrapped in it. But I’ll be back for sure.”? – Captain Vikram Batra (Param Vir Chakra)
