  • Candidate Experience: Leveraging machine learning with resumes and job role data to offer job recommendations based on skills and calculate matching scores for job recommendations based on candidate skills.

Machine learning becomes applicable when we have access to diverse skills data, resumes, and job role information spanning various industries, while the inclusion of Natural Language Processing enhances these capabilities.

Many organizations are actively working on these use cases some of them are SAP, Eightfold, Beamery, Workday, Oracle, and LinkedIn.

These use cases are not just mere concepts but offer real solutions to address customer pain points.
