?? Express Interest Privately: With LinkedIn's "I'm interested" button, you can privately signal your interest in working for a company without having to apply for a specific role. This feature allows you to let recruiters at the company know that you're open to opportunities within their organization.

?? Where to Find the Button: Look for the "I'm interested" button on the company's About or Life tabs, or on the About section of job details pages. Simply click the button to signal your interest.

?? How It Works: Once you signal your interest, recruiters at the company will be able to view your profile when searching for potential candidates. This increases your visibility and chances of being considered for future roles that match your skills and qualifications.
