Signal vs. Noise

Signal vs. Noise

The amount of noise in your life has 1000x in the past decade.

The amount of signal has probably remained the same.

The way to find the signal is not by ingesting even more noise, hoping for more signal.

It’s stillness.

It’s quiet.

It’s removing the noise entirely.

Then the signal becomes crystal clear.

Lao Tzu asks: “what is the way to clear the muddy water? Stillness.”
