Dear you,

Throughout my career and life, I have always viewed my work and skills as a service I provide and my employer as my client. I never worked at any job thinking -?"it's not my father's company", so I'll be average. Anything I do, I give my best shot and do my best to sign it off with excellence because it is my work, and it can speak for me. I treat it like art and leave my signature on it. Once I say yes to something, I give it my best.

There's a reason why in job interviews, people ask you about your contribution, your results, and how you impacted or fuelled growth. They ask about your track record. The question is - will you be proud of your work? Will you have a track record worth keeping their attention? Therefore, it is essential to do work that you are pleased with and maintain a track record that captures attention.

The way you approach your work speaks volumes about you. Take ownership of your work and do it with excellence. Seize every opportunity to showcase your best self, regardless of the available resources. Show up as your best every opportunity you get; with the resources you have, you'll see the difference. The results and the experience are yours, don't be average. Give it your best as often as you can! Don't settle for mediocrity; Don't be average; always give your best effort.
