In continuation to article series for tips about selecting the right sieving equipment for your need of Check Sieving or Grading of De-dusting, Here comes the third tip:
No matter how powerful engine you have in your vehicle, if Air Pressure in the Tyre is not up to the required level, you cannot gain the speed you wish!
In very similar fashion, if the tension or stretching of wire mesh on the sieve frame of Sifter is not up to the mark, you would not get the desired throughput!
For optimum performance of the Sifter, you need to have wire mesh fitted with tension in range of 30 – 50 NM!
My suggestion is to mention this requirement in your inquiry technical data sheet and always consider this spec to be checked during FAT.
Remember, with right specs, you get right performance!
