Aviation Week perfectly described our chalet at the
Farnborough International
Airshow: it saw a remarkable increase in activity, being twice as busy as last year’s Paris Air Show and three times busier than the 2022 Farnborough event. This surge in interest was primarily driven by aerospace clients eager to learn about the latest advancements in digital transformation
The Siemens Chalet: a visionary experience?
One of the standout features of Siemens' showcase was the immersive technology with the Sony XR head-mounted display (HMD), which is being utilized by NATILUS to develop the next generation of cargo aircraft and reinvent the global air transport industry. A standout exhibit was the Natilus cargo aircraft, which features a ‘Diamond’ cargo bay design that enhances fuel efficiency by 30% and increases cargo capacity by 50%. Natilus, a forward-thinking startup from San Diego, is leading the development of next-generation freighter aircraft that promise to transform regional air cargo operations.?
By demonstrating these technologies in a hands-on environment, Siemens highlighted the practical applications
Nearly everyone at FIA wanted to know about AI. How can AI help aerospace companies deliver products faster with fewer resources? Siemens is delivering AI in several products today and will deliver many more in the future. We are also partnering with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to bring generative AI
Media coverage: Interested in more of the media’s perspective? Aviation Week highlighted great attendee interest in visiting our event chalet, focusing on how to leverage digital transformation and generative AI to make their operations run faster and more efficiently.?
