We are looking for an Apprentice for Siemens, within the Customer Service?BU?area who will be trained in?2 years?as?Maintenance Engineer.

Your Challenge

As a?Maintenance Engineer?some of your main activities will be:

• Support development of the maintenance system of railway vehicles according to Regulation EU 2019/779.
• Create the specifications for vehicle acceptance when taking over ECM responsibility as well as for vehicle maintenance
• Monitor the regulation scheme and guarantee the availability of the technical documentations from the manufacturer of the railway vehicles.
• Initiate analyzes of return of experience to improve the maintenance.
• Develop technical changes to vehicles.
• Work in a network together with the manufacturers, railway companies, vehicle owners, internal and external experts.
• Act as interface for technical clarifications, e.g., for the fleet management function (ECM III) or maintenance provision (ECM IV).

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
