SIDRA KO ACHAR | SMALL DRY FISH PICKLE

Sidra Ko Achar

This is very popular dish in Nepal. Every household have own way of making. This is my mum style. I will will share my way later.

This smell little fishy when we make in home but worth to make when we taste.
Ingredients:

Sidra any local verities works, Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, Tomato, Mustard Oil,? Red Dry Chilli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Timur powder, Coriander Leaves and Lemon Juice.

Method

  • ?Fry Sidra in Mustard Oil and keep aside in medium heat
  • Chop Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli and Tomato.
  • ?Sputter Red Dry Chilli until it get dark, this is the beauty about whole dish and
  • Add chopped Garlic and fry until it turn golden brown
  • Add chopped Onion, chopped Green Chilli and Sautee.
  • Add chopped Tomato, Salt, Turmeric Powder, cumin powder
  • Add fried Sidra first and Timur
  • ?finish with Lemon Juice chopped Coriander Leaves?
