What is SIAM?
SIAM is an acronym for Service Integration And Management and forms a part of ITSM (IT Service Management). Wikipedia defines: “Service integration and management (SIAM) is a framework for managing multiple suppliers of information technology services and integrating them to provide a single business-facing IT organization.” Basically, in the current trend, IT organizations around the globe have started using more and additional external support providers, and management of these associations is getting very complex. So, it is all about keeping a control over these relationships.
