SI Solution When Space Is Tight

AIS Ltd are back in Cambridge again this week providing Simultaneous Interpretation and Push To Talk microphones to an EWC (European Works Council) meeting.

Problem: Not enough space in the main room to accommodate the interpreters booths.

Solution: Set up 3 remote controlled cameras around the room, programmed to automatically zoom in to any microphone that goes live. Interpreters booths set up in an adjacent room. Camera and slides feed sent through to split screen monitors in the booths.
