In this study, participants went through a series of meeting audio situations while?biological stress indicators?(heart rate, muscle activity between eyebrows, hand sweat) were measured.

Findings indicate that?participants feel more stressed when exposed to low audio quality. Among the reasons for this is an?increased load on cognitive functions.?You may find a summary in our article? Why audio matters in video conferencing?or download the full white paper.
