I wouldn't say I like following rules, especially dumb ones.?

I like doing things my way, but I'm always open to hearing from people who know more than me. I check out what they say to see if it's useful for me and my clients. My "research" efforts have ramped up considerably over the last 3-4 years as I have been challenged to achieve the health and fitness results I want. I have learned so much from dealing with the different stages we go through in our lives, particularly women. I have an arsenal of strategies and tactics for people to feel more energy, lose body fat, and feel fit and vital. I share freely with those who would take it and practically apply it in their own journeys, which is entirely possible. I am still waiting to hear from someone who attended my free webinars or downloaded my resources and got banging results. Why is that? Great question, though I do not have an answer, LOL, but I could take a guess or two. Here it is in a nutshell. FREE STUFF NEVER WORKS. The stuff does; the recipient doesn't. I know, I have been one!

My goal is not to grow followers or attract freebie seekers. My goal is to attract prospects with an intent to buy. Martine, you cannot say that!? Hell, yeah, I can. This is my business, and it is how I earn a living. Aside from that, if people invest with me, they will get a huge ROI that far outweighs the money handed over. I often talk about my story and my "why," and a large part of it is to live an energetic, healthy, independent life. I don't want aged care; I have a say in my choices and actions that will affect that outcome. I am not alone in this; the difference is that I am doing something about it.

I prefer simplicity over brute force, though some clients would argue that LOL. My focus on healthy aging helps me work with people who need guidance or are intimidated by fitness. Is that you? Stop wasting time looking for the right exercise program or a new diet; the time you've spent looking and not doing you could be well on your way. Quit being a voyeur and start on your path to a healthier, happier, fitter life. I know I am being blunt, but isn't it F*ck That Sh*t O'clock already?
