SHRM Certification Prep course - Flash Cards

If you’re studying for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and using the Learning System, don’t overlook the flashcard feature – it’s an awesome tool.

The cards are only available virtually, but if you’re looking for your next DIY project, or just like having a tangible resource, you can print them out and make hardcopies. If you’re feeling really adventurous, handwrite them! Studies have shown that we increase our chances of retaining information if we write it down. Many of my prep course student have told me that they did not memorize the terminology in the flash cards but repetitive use helped them “connect the dots”.
