Is Shri Hanumanji present in Kaliyuga?

Lord Hanuman is certainly present in this current age of Kali in his original form but this is not a limiting factor. As per his desire he can be present/seen in other forms also. To see Lord Hanuman in his original form is rare and to recognise him in other forms is even more rare. To see Lord Hanuman one must please him. To please Lord Hanuman one should not worship or glorify him as God but as an eternal servant of God or Lord Rama.

Lord Hanuman will also be very pleased when one works, in selfless devotion, for Lord Rama. Couple of examples are when Lord Hanuman gave audience to Bhima and agreed to help the Pandavas by being present in the flag on top of Arjuna’s chariot. Lord Hanuman also tested Arjuna, at Rameswaram, being pleased he promised to help Arjuna in the Mahabharata war. Lord Hanuman is present whenever and wherever there is discussion and glorification of the Lord Rama’s name, form, guna (nature) and qualities.

Certainly, Hanuman Ji is immortal and present in Kalyug. Not only Hanuman Ji but Kakbhushundi ji of Ramayan is also present. Hanuman ji is present every early morning at Gandhamadana Parvat, where he offered puja to his Prabhu Lord Sri Ram. But after adoring Prabhu and darshan of his Ishta, he has several places and Mandirs to exist in India. He is divine and can get many forms at single time. He is blessed by Mata Sita and Prabhu Sri Ram, so he has not any particular place to exist. But, he is certainly present at Jagannath Puri Mandir, Odisha during mid day. He can be present at important shrines at Ayodhya, Chitrakoot & Vrindavan and several others Mandirs at same time. He has no any particular place to stay, but he is present everywhere, where his Bhakta lives. He can make any form as per situation and his own desire.

He is totally free from nature Guns and effects. Even, Yamraj and Kaal can never touch him. Kalyug has no power to even touch Lord Sri Ram /Sri Krishna or Hanuman Ji bhakta. He is even seen presently in Kalyug by several of his Bhaktas. /Jai Sri Ram/At Vibhishana Ji temple in Rameswaram: So I went to the temple and had amazing experience of God inside. I felt His presence. The only word I think fits is absolute. I felt absoluteness. So I am already shaking as I came out of temple and then I see my Guru Ji touching feet of a south Indian uncle outside the temple.

I do not always understand all that my Guru Ji does so I left them alone and went around 10–12 meters away and stood there watching them. It may have been only couple of seconds but I felt with absolute surety that, that person is Hanuman Ji in flesh and blood. Without a shred of doubt. So I go there and touch His feet and He says, Jai Siya-Ram to me. That’s how I greet Him every time I pass His temple. So was He not a south Indian person, was He Hanuman Ji miraculously materializing out of thin air??!! Well both are true. That person indeed was a person like you and me but at that time, He was Hanuman Ji. Hanuman Ji did miraculously appear in Him to give us darshan. God works through you and me.

Second time is at my Guru Ji’s, Guru Ji ashram. I am standing in front of Hanuman Ji’s idol and in my heart I am like, Hanuman Ji I Love You, Hanuman Ji is just awesome. Anyways, a person comes and stands besides me and he is also praying to Hanuman Ji. He is wearing banyan and small lungi. Again without a doubt in my heart I know He is Hanuman Ji. Now here is my stupidity, I am saying to idol, Hanuman Ji I know it is you besides me but I don’t know how to believe. Immediately that person starts sort of wobbling and murmuring something, and that’s when I touched His feet. He patted my back 3 times and no one ever patted my back like that. And He went away. I immediately went back to temple and said Hanuman Ji I am so sorry you had to do those unusual things for me to believe. Please forgive me.

So you know we can be so unbelieving that God may come and stand in front of us and also tell us in heart that it’s Him. We may still choose to not see Him. At least I am like that and I can only pray that my situation improves. God help me. Anyways, Hanuman Ji was, He is and He will always be there, only if you choose to believe and look properly. Yes it is as simple as that, we must learn to see for the truth actually is staring all of us right in the face…My grandfather is a great devotee of Lord Rama. He initiated the devotion to Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman in my mind during early childhood days 50 yrs back.

He used to describe the Dasabhaktha form of Hanuman towards Lord Ram (Dasabhakth is a form of devotion where the devotee considers himself as a Daasa - Slave to the Lord) as in Ramraksha- “Mata Ramo, Matpita Ramachandr: Swami Ramo Matsakha Ramachandra Sarva svamme, Ramachandro Dayalu: Na Anyam Deivam Naiva Jane, Na jane” - meaning: “Lord Rama is my mother, my father, my brother, my friend and everything is the affectionate Lord Ramachandra. And I know Lord Rama and only Lord Rama, no other God!!” What an immense form of devotion indeed!!

“Mahaa Bheera Bikrama Bhajarangi, Kumathi Nivara Sumathi Ke Sangi” . He is Ramadoota Mahaadheera. Whenever you are depressed or anxious or having negative thoughts or fear etc. Just think of the majestic gigantic form of Lord Hanuman in your minds and chant “Jai Shree Ram”. You will get a new energy that would erase all the above thoughts. I considered myself as a vanara sena (One of the monkey troops which served Lord Ram), jumped in joy, went to the Altar and chanted Hanuman Chalisa. A flower dropped down from Lord Hanuman’s picture to the floor of Altar - is this not enough to prove Lord Hanuman - the Ramadoota, is everywhere and anywhere. You just need to focus on Him to get the energy and power!! Jai bolo Pavana Sutha Hanuman Ki! Jai Bolo Siyavar Ramachandara Moorthy Ji Ki!
