Shri Hanuman a devotee of Shiva

First let me tell you that Prabhu Shri SitaRamji are the Parabhrama:

Meaning: “O' ?rī Rāma! You are the Supreme Being, The Parambrahman, of the nature Sat (real, eternal), Chit (consciousness) and Ananda (bliss)! I pay my obeisance in your lotus feet again and again.”

Let me copy some verses from Shri Ramcharitmanas to answer your Question which proves that Shri Hanuman ji is none other than the Supreme God, Prabhu Shri SitaRamji themselves: ??? ??? ?? ?? ?? ???? meaning: All the existence is Shri SiyaRamji only. Now all the existence mean all the existence hence Prabhu Shri SitaRamJi is in the form of Shri HanumanJi.

???? ????? ????? ???? ???? ??? ??? ??? meaning: Devotee of the lord, Devotion, Lord themselves and the Guru which helps in nurturing the devotion look four individuals but are one only. This verse clearly states that God(Prabhu Shri SitaRamJi) and Devotee( Shri HanumanJi) are one. ???? ?? ????? ?? ???????? | ??? ?? ???? ??? ?? ???? || meaning: In my heart it is a belief, my lord, that the servant(Devotees) of Prabhu Shri Ramji is greater than Prabhu Shri Ramji.

Now here it’s said that the Servant/Devotees of Prabhu Shri RamJi is greater than Prabhu Shri RamJi themselves and Shri HanumanJi is one of the greatest and favorite devotee of Prabhu Shri RamJi, So we can say that Shri HanumanJi is greater than Prabhu Shri RamJi.????? ?????? ???? ????????? ?? ?? ???? ?????? meaning: just by remembering and reciting thy auspicious Holy name(RAM), PAWANSUT(Shri HanumanJi) keeps even LORD RAM(Prabhu Shri RamJi) under their control.

Now this verse clearly mentions that Lord of the existence,Prabhu Shri RamJi is under the control of Shri HanumanJi due to their devotion, So you can see who is supreme. Even Shri HanumanJi once said that they are a form of Prabhu Shri RamJi only, When Shri HanumanJi wanted to know about Prabhu Shri RamJi then Prabhu asked Shri Kishori Ji to tell about them, When Shri HanumanJi returned Prabhu asked what did Shri Kishori told you?

Shri HanumanJi replied that when i look from body I am your servant, When i look from mind i am your ansh(part) and when i look from soul, I am you(Prabhu Shri RamJi). God says that: ??? ?? ??? ?????? ??? ??? ???? ????? ??? ? meaning: Devotees are the gem of the crown and i(God) am their servant.

Hanuman Ji is both son of Vayu and incarnation of Shiva. It was Vayu who blessed Anjana the child (Hanuman) therefore he is known to be the father of Hanuman. He is also called as such in Hanuman Chalisa. You are the divine messenger of Shri Ram. The repository of immeasurable strength, though known only as Son of Pavan (Wind), born of Anjani. According to Shiva Purana, He is an incarnation of Shiva. The intelligent monkey born of a part of ?iva became Sugrīva’s minister and did everything beneficial to him in every respect. -?atarudra-sa?hitā, ?ivapurā?a.

Ravana was consumed by hubris. He had plenty of good qualities, but it is his arrogance and hubris that brought him down. Hubris clouds your reasoning and judgment. That is how he was a party to abusing the poor messenger of Rama. Rama was substantially more powerful than Ravana. Even without the power of Ayodhya and armed with just a rag-tag army of vanaras, he was able to defeat Ravana and the full might of his troops in his own fortified kingdom. Despite all his power, Rama was not consumed by arrogance. He bowed to the sages and wise. He was for peaceful negotiations with Ravana despite being wronged so much.

Same with Shri Hanuman. He could have smashed Lanka and Ravana to pieces by himself. But, he humbly acted as a messenger and played a second fiddle in the war. It is the humility that makes one a hero. One of the many morals of our epics is that, regardless of your great qualities, hubris clears them all. Karna and Ravana stand for hubris — that had wiped their great skills & charity. Arjuna and Rama bowed to the wise and were not carried away by their skills. This is why we still celebrate them as heroes.

Maheshvara, the lord of all the worlds, heard the words of the gods. He agreed to this. He again told all of them, “I will restrain my semen and my energy within Uma. The gods and the earth will be secure. However, the part of my energy that has already been stirred cannot be restrained. O supreme among the gods! Tell me who is going to sustain this.” Thus addressed, the gods replied to the one who has a bull on his banner. “The earth will bear the energy that has already been dislodged.” Thus addressed, the lord of the gods released it on the surface of the ground. The earth, with its mountains and groves, was pervaded by this energy. At this, the gods again spoke to the fire god. “Aided by Vayu, enter Rudra’s great energy.” It again pervaded Agni and created Mount Shveta. There was a celestial clump of reeds that was like the fire and the sun in complexion. Created from Agni, the greatly energetic Kartikeya was born there

Chapter 1(35). According to Valmiki Ramayana the remaining power of Lord Shiva was transferred through Agni and Vayu to create Karthikeya and Hanuman. Vayu is referred as the biological father of Hanuman who transferred the remaining energy inside the womb of Anjana. Jambhavan who is literally the incarnation of lord Brahma refers to Hanuman as the strongest warrior including himself. ‘O tiger among the apes! Come here. You must save the apes. There is no one else who possesses sufficient valour to be a supreme friend to them. This is the time to show that valour. I do not see anyone else. Bring joy to the brave armies of the bears and the apes.

Hanuman’s mother was a great devotee of Shiva, and Shiva pleased with her devotion granted her a boon that, her son will be an ansh of Shiva himself. So, Hanuman is Shiva's ansh ( form / child / possessing few qualities of Shiva ). According to Ramayana (Yuddha Kandam), After Lord Rama killed Ravana in the battle, He was to return to Ayodhya to be crowned King. Ravana was a great devotee of Shiva and a half demon and half Brahmin, so Rama was advised to pay obeisance to Shiva ( for getting relieved from Brahma Hatya dosha) at Rameshwaram, South Tamil Nadu by installing a Shivlinga within 2 days of the victory.

Rama’s devotee Hanuman was assigned the task of finding a Linga suitable for the rituals. Hanuman and Jatayu searched everywhere for the Linga, and it's believed that they went to Kashi, there Hanuman saw a Linga. He was not able to get that Linga, as it was guarded by Kalbhairava, after a battle with Bhairava, at last Hanuman could get the Linga. Meanwhile at Rameswaram, as the time was running out, Rama requested Sita to prepare a Lingam with Sea sand. And Sita did so, and the rituals started with the Sand Linga. Jay Shri Hauman Ji Ki.
