Showtime for Enersol at ADIPEC!

Almost a year ago, we launched a pioneering business concept that not only works to future-proof our company and the energy space in the UAE but also creates an entirely new revenue stream by acquiring the very technology, including its IP and patents, that we need for our core operations.

Enersol Energy Solutions , our $1.5 billion technology investment joint venture with Alpha Dhabi Holding , will be on show for the first time at ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference , the world’s largest energy exhibition, next week. We are particularly excited to showcase the innovative nature of this platform as we capitalize on the global tech-energy revolution.

By investing in world leading oilfield services (OFS) technology companies, Enersol is positioning itself to redefine the landscape of innovation and investment in the global energy sector.

With the combined expertise of its shareholders and direct access to ADNOC Drilling and Turnwell growth strategies, Enersol is uniquely positioned to drive technological advancements, spearhead growth and lead on sustainability both locally and globally.

Our three companies so far, Gordon Technologies, LLC , NTS AMEGA GLOBAL and EV , and their market-leading technology will be on display at the Enersol stand during ADIPEC.

When we launched Enersol in January, we promised to deploy about half of the capital this year (we’ve spent $550 million so far) and there will be exciting news on this early in the week (hope to see you all there to celebrate it together). You can also expect to see the launch of a new product.

ADNOC Drilling’s joint venture with SLB and Patterson-UTI , Turnwell, will also be showcased on the stand. Enersol is set to significantly benefit from Turnwell’s growth strategy – the JV has already accelerated its initial 144 well program and is in line to unlock unprecedented commercial value as it leads the recovery of Abu Dhabi’s world-class unconventional energy resources.
