Showing Up On This Friday Eve: Steady & Ready

Hello colleagues and friends and "Happy Friday Eve! (why say Thursday when you can include Friday??!)
I want to encourage all of you to show up as your best selves today -- ready for a fantastic day of opportunity. But, what about the "steady" part?
I have three thoughts on "steady" -- from my life and professional experiences -- to help you today:
1. What is/was your end goal(s) for your current space in your professional or personal life? Do you have the drive to stay your course and the flexibility to pivot while staying focused on your goal for the long term? Do you have the support network? You are not alone!
2. Are you listening with the intent to understand more than a desire to close the sale at any expense? You are not alone!
3. Are you leading with empathy so that you can connect with people on the highest level of professional and personal relationships? You are not alone!
I am challenging all of you to show up today being OK right where you are, so you can show up for your networks the same way -- because, many of your colleagues in your network may not be OK today. They need you. We need you. Show up steady and ready for a wonderful day of opportunity!
