Painters, digital illustrators, and photography students, don’t miss this unique opportunity to work with a showgirl and submit artwork for a competition with opportunity to show.  Join us at the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts presentation Thursday, April 11, 10:30am – 12:30pm.

Bring your own art materials, drawing board, and join us for a unique opportunity to work with an authentic, classic, iconic Showgirl in costume. Student artists cash prize categories: 1st prize: $ 250, Founders Choice: $250, 2nd prize: $200, 3rd prize: $150, and 4th prize: $75. Submission deadline: Thursday, May 23, 2019.  This program is sponsored by the Showgirl Legacy Foundation (Founder/President Lou Anne Chessik), the 12th Annual Las Vegas Showgirl Art Competition, and the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts.  Location: The Performing Arts Center,  315 S. 7th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
