Throughout February, the ‘Your Business’?topic will be around the?customer journey, supported by Vikki from?Victoria Lewis VA.
The customer journey is a powerful tool to help you understand who your ideal customers are and how to find them.
Challenge:?Identify the different types of customers that you serve.
To identify the characteristics of your customers, start with any data you’ve gathered. You could also conduct customer surveys, or simply talk to customers one-on-one.
Why??- Understanding different types of clients can help you personalise your approach, and services for each consumer. Businesses often serve clients with a wide range of needs, wishes and personalities.
This month, Cassie Bray from the Bray Partnership has shared her?7 Steps to Winning a Business Award?- perfect timing for all the current award entries!
Top Tip:?Don’t leave any gaps in your award entry! Most applications will tell you exactly what they want you to cover. If they give you a set of bullet points explaining what they are looking for in an answer, this is your crib sheet. Generally, the marking scheme will follow these points, so be sure to have an answer for each one.
