Action is much more critical than a "should" for several reasons.
While making my new life, I received mixed feedback. Everyone has an opinion and is ready to comment and not take action. "Why did you do that", "I would do differently", "I don't like the format", "I love the message", "thanks for your thoughts", "you are a glorified unemployed", "I don't give a shit about your(mine) happiness". About opinions and what to do with them, I find this post of Mark Swash ?? hilarious!
It takes a lot of courage to show up. By putting ourselves out there, we are opening ourselves up to the possibility of failure. And yet, every day, people all over the world get up and put themselves out there. They go to work, and they go to school, and they socialize with friends. They do this because they know that the rewards of showing up outweigh the risks. When we show up, we give ourselves a chance to succeed. We allow ourselves to learn and grow. We give ourselves a chance to make a difference in the world. So don't be afraid to show up with courage. You never know what you might achieve.
First, showing up with action allows you to take advantage of opportunities. If you wait until you "should" take action, the opportunity may have passed.
Second, taking action helps you to overcome the fear of failing. You need to take action to know if you could have been successful. But if you take action and fall, you know you gave it your best shot.
Third, the action builds momentum. The more effort you take, the easier it becomes to keep taking action! So don't wait for the "right" time to take action - just start!
True courage is about so much more than not being afraid. It's about showing up every day, even when you're tired or unsure, or it would be easier to stay in bed. It's about being brave enough to face your fears and put yourself out there, even when you're afraid of what might happen. Courage is the quality that allows us to stand up for what we believe in, even when we're outnumbered or outmatched. It's what gives us the strength to keep going, even when it gets tricky. So if you want to live a life of courage, start by showing up today with the courage to be your best self.
The world needs your light, your strength, and your courage. Never let anyone dim your light or tell you you're not good enough. You are worthy, and you are Enough. Just show up and shine bright.
To achieve our goals and live our best lives, we must show up with courage. This doesn't mean that we should be fearless - in fact, it is often when we are most afraid that courage is required of us. Showing up with courage means being vulnerable and confronting our fears head-on. It means being authentic and honest with ourselves and others. It means speaking our truth, even when it's complicated. And it means taking risks, even when we don't know what the outcome will be. Living courageously requires stepping outside our comfort zones and into the unknown. But it is only through facing our fears that we can hope to achieve our full potential. So next time you feel scared or unsure, please remember to show up with courage. You may just be surprised at what you're capable of achieving.
Yes, but where do I start? From where you are uncomfortable.
I'll start posting this video of me being uncomfortable and embarrassed

Why do you need the courage to show up?
At first, we are clumsy and inept, making mistakes and generating plenty of frustration. But with each attempt, we get a little bit better. We learn from our mistakes and slowly begin to gain confidence. With enough practice, we eventually reach a point where we can execute our skills with ease and precision.
So if you're feeling discouraged because you're not as good as you want to be, remember that everyone starts off bad. The key is to keep practicing and never give up. You'll eventually get to where you want to be with time and perseverance.
No one ever became good at anything without first being bad at it. Think about it - everyone who is now an expert in their field was once a beginner. And being a beginner is hard. It's frustrating, and it's often embarrassing. But it's also necessary if you ever want to become good at something. The key is to persevere through the tough times and keep practicing. Eventually, the hours of practice will pay off, and you'll start to see real progress. At that point, it'll be clear that all the struggles were worth it. So don't be discouraged if you're not great at something immediately. It just means you're on the right track.
This is why you need courage; go out there and try; it is also much fun.
True courage is not simply about being fearless. It's about respecting your values and beliefs, even when complicated. Standing up for your beliefs is easy when there's no risk involved. But it takes real courage to stand up for your beliefs when there is a risk of being ridiculed or ostracized by others. That's why it's essential to have the courage to respect your values, even when it isn't popular or easy to do so. By being true to your values, you set an example for others and show that living with integrity and courage is possible. In doing so, you make the world a better place for all of us.
Thank you for having the courage to be respectful of your values!
Little hint - Put yourself in an embarrassing situation - once a week for four weeks. Start with something simple, go to your usual coffee place and seriously ask for a discount!
What is possible for you if you are brave enough to show-up?
