Hello Everyone!!! I believe Legal Justice without Mercy is wrong!!! I am talking about those who are in prisons now. For nonviolent crimes. The criminal justice system is broken because people when released cannot found jobs. So they return to a life of crime. Also because in a lot of places black people and sometimes the church shun them. And as for as mental illness, living in this country will make a black person mentally ill. Because of its racist laws that is the only reason other races or ahead of blacks. And 12% is because many of the darker races live somewhere else. Did you know most blacks left this country in droves many years ago? They did not imprison or kill us all, many, many black people left this country a long time ago. I guess they knew what time it was(time to get out because of racism). 70% of the world are made up of black people. America has the highest rate for people in prison they even have the third world countries beat..
