Many people have asked for an easy way to publish reports within the Service Portal. And there answer has actually been there, hiding OOB within the instance. There isn't much magic here besides a plugin called "Performance Analytics and Reporting - Service Portal Widgets". Hi G?ran Lundqvist - ServiceNow Witch Doctor I have seen your video to adding Report widget to SP, I have a question that how can we hide this widget if table has no data/records in it? Any suggestions would be great.
I am never sure if it’s ok to publish reports to non-fulfiller users though. It seems a grey area in the licensing. Anyone know for sure?

6 年Thanks - will definitely try this out!? I can understand why the drill-down won't work in the Portal, as this is meant for Employee only to see their own tickets - would it not be better to try and disable to drill-down?
