“Don’t tell me about your priorities… Show me your calendar and I will tell you about your priorities!” - Shane Parrish
This powerful quote is a stark reminder that success is not merely a product of intention ( David Labouchere OBE reminded me about this on our call around my health goals yesterday) but of deliberate, consistent action. In a world where distractions abound, how we allocate our time - 'what we prioritise, practice, and protect' becomes the ultimate indicator of what truly matters to us.

As we step into 2025, the concept of success is evolving. It’s no longer just about productivity or achievement; it’s about aligning performance, enjoyment, and connection with the values and priorities that define a meaningful life.
Success, at its core, is built on rituals—strengths-based beha- viors practiced on purpose and positioned to enhance both your outcomes and your well-being.

Dedicate time each week to identify your top priorities (your “big rocks”) and make sure your calendar reflects them. If it’s not scheduled, it’s not a priority.

A ritual that's made a massive difference to my performance and wellbeing is having a high-protein, high-fibre breakfast every day - including 30+ grams of protein and 10+ grams of fibre. It sets us me up with abundant, consistent energy throughout the day. Sounds simple but makes an enormous difference!
