Show compassion for Mr. Stray Dog!

I realised the weather has changed when my skin was moist with dew drops. I couldn’t move in the morning. The cold weather left me in complete paralysis. But I had to get up. I had a long day ahead. My day starts with searching for food. We have a garbage dump yard very close to where I sleep. I and few of my friends go for our breakfast to that place. We have to be quick and hunt for food before the garbage truck collects our food. On our way, at times we are encountered by young four legged humans who are kind enough to throw biscuits at us which we gladly accept with wagging tails.

At times we have to change our route and cross the LOC in search of food. The LOC is protected by my fellow four legged friends who do not let us enter in their territory. It is a tough fight and at times we even get injured to fill our stomach!

Our day is never the same. It is full of struggle. At times we sit outside a restaurant and look at families eating and celebrating their day. We wish we had someone who would feed us and talk to us, who would take us for a ride, who would tend to us when we are ill. Some of us do not even have a name.

Weather will change soon. I might just die because of lack of food and shelter. Can I request you to please do not ignore me in this cold weather? I promise I will bless you my entire life for the little things you do for me this season.
